Newly Refurbished 2 Bedroom Apartment Weston-Super-Mare

It’s spacious clean and owner of the flat is very responsive

Boiler for shower and kitchen should be changed. There are no hot water sustainable for five minutes

Sophia was very helpful and sent photos to help find the keys and messaged to explain where to park. To have Free parking was great! Kitchen was well equipped including coffee machine and capsules. Towels were provided and extra bedding was supplied for the sofa bed. We usually stay at a B&B or hotel when we visit family but will definitely try and book here in future. Recommend very highly.

Can’t think of any improvements!

The flat has been tastefully decorated and supplied with a good freezer, fridge and numerous gadgets.

The directions are inadequate and confusing. We drove up from Hungary with no navigational issues, but spent over an hour trying to find the apartment which is behind shops which face on to the big Morrisons' car park which is not reflected in the address or post code. Information about accessing the keys was not available to me before we started out travels. I assumed that the owner would be there to meet us to personally hand over the keys. The "secure place" containing the building access key was not properly defined and we eventually found it 2 days later when we spoke to one of the other flat owners. For reasons none of us could resolve the tv never worked. The noise from the traffic on the main road was constant 24/7 and extremely noticeable during rush hour times.

The apartment was lovely, really clean and welcoming. Loved the interior. We had a great time here.

The second bedroom had no blind or curtain and so it was very light. The hall light was a sensor light and even with the bedroom doors shut it went on and off all night long. Parking information would have been useful. However, maybe that's my mistake for not asking.

Immaculate, Comfortable and well equipped.

who doesn’t know how to use a coffee maker…hmm!! I don’t. knowing where the guide ms were would have been handy.
