2Room Meridian Apartments opposite Mega Park near Arbat

The staff is unresponsive and delayed response for the necessary things. When we arrived the location we call and message them many times to know where is the area but they said someone will come in 5 min but they come after more than an hour and we are waiting outside in the middle of the heat after long flight since morning without apologies that we dont expect they will give. Very bad service. The property has delayed wifi connections. Not worth your money. Good thing we stayed 1 night only. After 2 days we contact them to return the key and get our deposit but they said no need and they lied to out tour guide that we did not inform them. I hope this will give them a lesson that they should be responsive to every client they have.

Very disappointing stay. The apartment was dirty, the bed linen looked unwashed, and there was a bad smell in the bathroom. Wi-Fi didn’t work the whole time, and the host was unresponsive. Definitely not worth the money.
