Spacious Penthouse in Central Plymouth 3 Large Bedrooms

We all loved the property, and said we’d live there if we could haha. The rooms were very spacious and nicely designed.

Absolutely nothing, it was a great place to stay.

Great location, near the station. Really spacious rooms with a big living area too. It was lovely to be able to sit out on the terrace in the sunshine to eat. Nice and quiet at night.

Arranging access to the apartment was easy Well equipped kitchen with everything you need to self cater Bathroom - clean, ample space and excellent shower. Water pressure throughout the apartment was excellent Living room - large with a reasonably comfortable settee Bedrooms - they were all good sizes and had comfortable beds Balcony - very spacious and completely sumo under by wooden fence so would be very safe for children

Area isn’t the best (seems predominantly to be a student area) and there seemed to be a lot of dope smoke around as if you opened the window the smell came in (obviously not the fault of the management company/owner) Bins were full so struggled to put our rubbish out at the end of our stay The 2 bedrooms in the roof would benefit from a bathroom up there as there are quite a few stairs down to the bathroom especially at night. They would also benefit from fans - we were there during 1 of the hottest weeks and it was stiflingly hot. Couldn’t leave the dormer windows open or you’d have come back to a pigeon or 2 in the room There was no hairdryer - contacted Leane and there should’ve been 1 there so someone has taken it away with them. Had we not had a travel hairdryer then we wouldn’t have been happy I’d change the description to a top floor duplex apartment rather than a penthouse Finally - these aren’t things we disliked we just thought the apartment would be even better with some additions

Really, really spacious. Everything in place. It felt brand new. Comfy beds and decent power shower. High ceilings and felt clean and airy. Could easily spent longer there. Parked at Plymouth Station and that was about a three minute walk to the flat after dropping off our stuff so not too inconvenient at all. Walking distance to town centre. Zero complaints
