Please inform Tranquil Tier garden beach home with Game Room of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Quiet hours are between 22:00:00 and 10:00:00. • Reservation Information: The guests are requested to give information about the purpose of the trip for every reservation and a brief description of the people in the party e.g. visiting with friends for a reunion or a family trip with to visit Legoland or attending friend’s wedding in the area etc. This information is requested to be provided at the time of reservation and helps the hosts prepare for your group. • Number of guests cannot exceed 9 people including children. The actual headcount must match the guest count mentioned in the reservation. No extra guests than mentioned in the reservation or overnight visitors. If the number of guests exceeds the number mentioned in reservation or if visitors are brought in without prior information to the host, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation without refund • Kindly inform ahead at the time of reservation or before check-in if a service animal will be at the property. Valid documentation stating it is a service animal might be required. • Smoking, vaping, e-cigarets or drug use is not allowed anywhere in the property • Commercial photography and filming are not allowed • The person who reserved the property must be present and no subletting or sub leasing is allowed. • Parties and events are not allowed. Large gatherings (exceeding 15 people) are not allowed. Violation will incur a fine of $500 and cancellation of the reservation without refund •. Unlike many other vacation rentals visitors are allowed but cannot stay overnight. The optimal number of people at a time in the property cannot be more than 14 people. Please communicate with the host in advance before or at check in if you plan to have visitors at any time during the stay and we will try to accommodate as best as we can. . Please let us know right away if anything gets broken during the stay so we can replace/fix them • Please keep doors locked when away • Please do not rearrange or move furniture (except chairs, footrests and bean bags). • Please do not explore locked or partitioned off areas • Wood fires or fireworks are prohibited by local laws and are not allowed • Plumbing: Do not flush anything (including flush able wipes) other than toilet paper in the toilet. Please follow the instructions for use of the garbage disposal • Please refrain from sitting/climbing on the wall of the balcony/deck for safety reasons and use ample amount of seating provided • The host is not responsible for any items left by the guests at the property after checkout. Please check thoroughly all the rooms & yard at checkout to make sure you do not leave behind any belongings we cannot ship anything back and we do not store lost items. • Kindly supervise kids in the yard and the balcony. • The stairs in the yard might be slippery when wet. Please use caution • The security cameras in the front are for security, liability reasons and to monitor occupancy. Tampering or disabling the cameras will result in eviction without refund. The security cameras in the patio will be turned off for the entire duration of the guest stay If you cause damage to the property during your stay, you could be asked to pay up to US$334 after check-out, according to this property's Damage Policy.Managed by a private host A deposit may be required at the property.
