Floors were a bit dirty.

All in all very good and supportive service. Spacious. Clean well equipped. Noisy doors a bit problematic during night. Otherwise 100 percent.

The apartment was very clean, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen was fully equipped, a huge living room was perfect for socializing and telling stories at the end of the day. A terrace with a great view of the city, the mountains, and even the sea. Clean bathrooms, no problems with water pressure, flooding, etc. Located a very short walking distance from the main tourist attractions, it has supermarkets, restaurants, parks nearby. Last but not least, the hosts were extremely kind, they offered us (initially without even asking) useful information about places to visit, restaurants and other tourist tips. Stefano, who welcomed us, was the perfect host. We even enjoyed early check-in and late checkout. Free of charge.

As a joke, we didn't get free food and drinks. No, it was perfect

Very good and easy communication. Well equipped kitchen and air conditioning in all rooms. We had a good experience.

The co-host met us with the keys late in the night with no issues, showed us around and send us so much information on things to do and where to eat etc. He was so so helpful the whole trip, no request was a problem.
