Kaputte Kaffeemaschine, zusätzliche Kosten für Klimaanlage (kann man offener im Fließtext kommunizieren), Unangekündigter Zutritt ins Zimmer als Kontrollgang in Abwesenheit, Sprachbarrieren mit der Haushälterin vorort, Probleme mit der Dusche (Druck, Warm-Kalt-Einstellung, Schlauch), kein WLAN-Empfang im Zimmer möglich, Schlüssel nicht wie beschrieben im Schlüsseltresor im 13. Stock, sondern im defekten Schlüsseltresor direkt bei den Briefkästen öffentlich zugänglich (ohne Code zu öffnen), Wasserkocher extrem verkalkt, sodass ständig Stückchen drin schwimmen, neue Handtücher die sehr stark fusseln

Bagno fuori dalla camera, no bidet, acqua doccia fredda o bollente, pulizia discutibile, lenzuola pungenti, tv non funzionante, la tenda della finestra mi è caduta addosso, non ho dormito in quella camera, sono andato via.
