房子很美，位子很好，房子很大，廚房設備齊全，床鋪舒適。 沒有停車場，需要把車停在鐵軌對面的收費停車場。

原先一切很美好，但入住沒多久就停電了，整間房子除了廁所和一間日式房間裡的暖氣，以及廚房牆角的插座有電可用以外，整間房子完全沒有電，沒有暖氣和電燈（當時戶外只有攝氏0度左右），我們所有人只能拿著手電筒摸黑行動。 在聯繫工作人員前來查看以後，我們被告知電力無法恢復，因此所有人得擠在日式房間裡面打地鋪睡覺（唯一有暖氣的地方）。 我們原本規劃的晚上活動，以及早上開火做早餐等計畫全部都被迫取消了。 ----- 退房後接著是協調退款賠償，房東態度很好，只是經過幾天的交涉之後，房東只願意退款五萬日圓（不到訂房費用的七成），而且其中的四千日幣只能以booking點數退到booking wallet裡面。
