On a rating I'll definitely give the second "worst" hotel I ever stayed.

Nothing much....worst facilities and attitude of the staff is hell....even the rooms were not clean.....bed bugs was also there

I had a confirmed booking at Hotel O Anayara Near Lulu Mall Formerly Timber Residency through Booking.com with the “Pay at Property” option. When we arrived at around 10:00 PM, the hotel staff informed us that all rooms were full and refused to provide the room, despite our confirmed booking. It was raining heavily, and we faced serious inconvenience and had difficulty finding another place to stay at night. I request an explanation and appropriate action regarding this issue.
