"It was disappointing that a property that is not very old should be neglected to this extent."

Car parking was good. Quiet location despite being reasonably close to the City Centre. Nice shower.

Window blinds were broken on all 3 windows. One of the windows would not shut. A chair was broken and there was no washing up bowl or plug for the kitchen sink so couldn't wash dishes easily. I was told the key box code would be sent by text, it wasn't. I had to ring Booking.com on arrival, then struggled to open keybox. There was no key provided for the front door. No lid on the toilet. Bedhead on one of the single beds was broken. No cover for the ironing board. The "City View" in the property description is rooftops of the street opposite!

Amazing location, large carpet, large apartments and hosts great.

Heating was hit and miss along with hot water however this never affected us negatively.

"i would not stay here again which is a shame as its a great location"

the central location and ample parking

there was only one cup for 4 people,only 3 chairs,no soap liquid or otherwise.broken and filthy oven,paint flaking and hanging down over the shower.i tried multiple times to contact the property regarding the lack of drinkware and nobody responded.1 mug/cup for 4 people is appalling.

Good central location in walking distance of town. Good size rooms and beds were comfy

The blind was broken in the main bedroom so light was coming in. Also there was absolutely NO cutlery! We had to go out and buy our own! There was just one cup, considering family of four stayed that wasn't acceptable

Location

Needs a revamp. Stunk of cigarettes soon as you walk in. The rooms definitely need upgrading. Strong damp stench int he bathroom and cobwebs here and there. Very limited facilities such as cooking trays - we didn’t have 1, luckily the in laws did. No hot water in kitchen tap or plug so dishes were a challenge also a weird stain on the bed sheets
