"Amazing cottage in a cute and quiet neighborhood close to everything in the golden circle region."

The location was great, the cottage was beautiful, clean and perfect. We loved the view from the windows, the cozy feel of the house and how communicative and responsive the host was the entire time.

The bathroom felt a bit small.

Selid cottage was an amazing! The location is incredible, being right on the Golden circle and National Park. It was a quaint and clean and well stocked cottage that fit our needs perfectly! Added bonus is the hot tub where you can stargaze and see the Auroras! Highly recommend!

Beautiful cottage, exactly as one would imagine an Icelandic holiday home. The house was charming and tastefully decorated, set in a stunning environment nestled in the heart of a forest. The location was perfect for exploring the main sights of the Golden Circle.

Nous avons aimé le style du logement, le cadre en pleine nature, la vue depuis la terrasse, le calme et la petite piscine. Nous avons aussi apprécié l'accueil manifesté par l'hôte.

Dans les placards ce n'était pas propre (exemple cuisine) Pas d'armoire pour vider ses valises alors que nous étions 4 personnes. Le matelas de l'une des chambres est de mauvaise qualité. Pas assez de vaisselle : il fallait régulièrement la laver à la main pour pouvoir cuisiner ou manger Le réfrigérateur est trop petit pour 4 personnes. Le logement en général donne l'impression de ne pas être entretenu (intérieur et extérieur) Au vu du tarif payé, nous nous attendions à beaucoup mieux.

"Amazing magical cottage in a fantastic Golden Circle location!"

We adored this amazing cottage! It was our favorite place to stay during our visit to Iceland and we would return in a heartbeat if we could. The location is incredibly serene and the views are unbeatable. All of this while still being easy to access and close to places we wanted to visit. The home is cozy, well decorated and very comfortable and had every amenity we needed. The hot pot was an added bonus after a busy day of exploring.

Having to leave!
