The quiet surroundings, the proximity to Magpupungko Pools and Pacifico Beach, the warm and welcoming staff, the privacy and space within the NOGS Homestay. I love the view of the mangroves. I love the little salon/living room where there are snacks and drinks available for guests through an honesty pay system. There are also water coolers in various parts of the property to refill your water bottles. You must try the Turon prepared by Jolly! Thank you to Renz and Marites for taking care of my family during our stay! The rooms are basic but we had what we needed for a good night's sleep. It rained for a couple of days when we were in Siargao. It felt great we were in a comfortable place during this rainy spell. The place is perfect to for digital nomads to set up for a longer stay.

The water coming out of the shower smells like sulfur. I needed to let the water run a bit to just reduce the smell. Hopefully not a health concern. Hope NOGS Homestay will check this.

"Paz en Siargao"

La localización, que apesar de estar alejado de la zona turística (GL), y al principio puede no gustar, acabas valorando la paz y la tranquilidad de este lugar. El personal es amable, aunque a mi llegada no recibí ninguna información simplemente me dieron mi habitación. Hay dispensadores de agua por todos lados, y cafes tambien. Ofrecen comidas a la carta.

Wifi es lento. Podrían facilitar champú y jabon de manos. Las gallinas te pueden despertar a cualquier hora, podrian insonorizar mejor las habitaciones. Desayuno esta bien aunque podria haber opciones para los turistas. La cama la encontré bastante dura.

"Tolle Unterkunft"

Die Unterkunft, besonders der Außenbereich und der Gemeinschaftsraum, sind sehr schön. Das Frühstück ist lecker und Wasser sowie Kaffee/Tee stehen rund um die Uhr zur Verfügung. Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett. Man kann Roller direkt vor Ort ausleihen. Die Lage ist super für Ausflüge an die nord-östliche Seite der Insel, z.B. Pacifico Beach etc :) Würden wieder kommen!

Wegen Bauarbeiten war es schon früh morgens laut im Zimmer, aber das ist ja nur temporär. Ansonsten alles gut :)
