Helpful management and clean facilities. Polite staff and lovely pool.

The memory foam mattress is a little misshapen so needed to be turned around and there was only one mug and few cooking utensils. A few tea bags and sugar / hut milk would be a great welcome.

Owner asked for and additional 320usd on top of the booking. Com reservation. I was stranded and had to get an expensive hotel for 2 nights. These owners shouldn't be allowed on the platform. I lost so much money. Hmmmm... maybe I should sue booking ?

It was really pleasant, on the whole, and the owner seemed available to help, although I didn’t find all his responses very helpful, sorry. They were really helpful with changing towels kept it super clean. I love the pool and the gate staff are always pleasant.

Pillow case was not washed and smelt slept in. When I pointed this out the owner’s partner, who had come with him, told me ‘ it doesn’t smell’, which was quite a weird reaction. The water ran out and was not replaced straight away but I understand the cleaner had a family emergency. One more thing: almost every time I returned to the apartment, I spent between 1 and 10 minutes trying to get the bottom lock to open. I had to call the owner at one point, as I was giving up; he told me no-one had ever had a problem with it before, which, again,was a rather rude answer and didn’t really help. Despite trying, I could not manage to get Netflix to load, so I didn’t use it. One more thing; the memory foam on the bed, rather than being a thin layer for comfort, was so deep that changing position in bed was quite odd, as I kind of sunk down so far. A thin memory foam layer tends to be more comfortable.
