Staff was helpful; location on the hill with view from the common balcony but still in walking distance from city

Horrible bedsheets We asked at reception for a reliable taxi after the ooty train ride. After booking, the price increased, the taxi driver wanted a pre payment and then cancelling and left us stranded.
