The host is very nice and friendly, we got all the instructions how to reach the place, park, and check-in in advance. Parking is also covered - that is very helpful. Very quiet room - nice for a healthy sleep. Great location - literally 10 steps from the lake :)

there was no air conditioner - only the fan, and we were off-season (chilly April), so for this time of the year could be a bit chilly and humid. the fridge is shared (in the corridor) but it didn't work :(

A ceiling fan instead of aircon. Got a little hot. Fresh towels would have be nice after a couple of days

Lovely host. Very laid back and welcoming. Extremely easy check in process. Brilliant spacey room.

Air con could have been able to be set a bit cooler. Because it’s in the centre of town, evenings are a bit noisy as to be expected when right in the heart of restaurants. I personally liked this but maybe some wouldn't so much.

Location is perfect ( near a ferry harbour),rooms were really clean, water in shower warm.A host helpful.Great view on a lake one minute from the building. Also there is a great restaurant just next to the place (Da Pedro).

The room was very comfy comfortable and clean. The host was flexible to let us stay a bit after the race we came for. The value to money is great!!! And of course the location is amazing...
