No internet in rooms help did not know passwords A/c went out with power for hours

The building was immaculate. The área was safe and walking distance to most places.

The spectacular view of the city was not really spectacular. The apt gets extremely hot until 2pm due to direct sun exposure andceven with the AC blasting full it gets hot. The pool and the gym are extremely small and compact for a 24-floor building! The gym room was so small that two ppl could not work out simultaneously, and the machines were inoperable.

The apartment is in convenient location (some shops and restaurants, walking distance from subway station), offers a parking space (quite narrow), has everything you would need for a stay. WiFi was good, bed linen was clean. The team managing the property was responsive. Surrounded by 30+ story skyscrapers (can also be a bad thing).

There is a number of maintenance issues with the apartment: the floor was quite dirty and had some damage, some of the power sockets did not work, fold out sofa was broken, toilet seats were not properly attached, dirty walls, shower and windows. Needs more care from the cleaning team.

It was great . I felt like I was at home!

The location is great , you can find stores, malls , and food very close.

The wifi does no work properly at all in our stay, host said that there is just one wifi network for all the building and the signal was too bad , even the signal at the rooms was worst.
