Location, ample space, bright and easy access to apartment

The apartment was missing a few essentials. No coffee maker as advertised ( Nescafé instant coffee not suitable as a substitution), no tea towels, broken frying pan with no handle, no hot water in one of the bathroom sinks, 2nd bathroom rain shower was clogged, no instructions telling where the location of the sauna controls ( we’re in a very inconvenient location once we were informed and the replies to our concerns were not in a timely manner

Nothing, they have appalling communications to customers. 0/10 that's the real mark I'd give them.

I'm sorry to say that i was very disappointed from the communication with this property, they ignored and disregarded all my communications and no refund what so ever or even a different time slot.
