Nice and quiet

Lovely old building close to shops,pubs and takeaway.great walks nearby with fabulous castle just up the road.

Visiting friends so was very convenient. Great location, close to lots of amenities

Cottage was very cold when we arrived, didn’t heat up very quickly. Floor boards with nails in one of the bedrooms was sticking out, caught foot on it! Towels were ‘musty’ smelling when wet. Said there would be milk, three tiny pots, not really enough for a cup of tea, good job Co op was so near. Key code was left on the key pad on arrival.

Central location and warm.

Coffee maker not working, oven trays greasy, fridge froze the milk.

Class all round

Ideal location for our purposes. In centre of town close to all amenities. For a couple it was perfect. Comfortable seating and bed. Thought it might be noisy with deliveries to nearby supermarket but it wasn't. I know the area from childhood and friends that lived locally. Duns Castle estate is close within easy walking distance and you can extend any route to suit your own capabilities. Duns public park is also nearby. We were kept informed of our visit and asked if we had any requests.

There was nothing that bothered us.
