"Prachtig appartement, comfortabel en stijlvol."

Prachtig appartement, comfortabel en stijlvol. Fijne keuken om te koken. Dichtbij een straat met leuke winkeltjes, een bakkerij en supermarkt. Erg heuvelachtig, maar mooi park dichtbij fijn met de hond.

De communicatie via de chat was vooral geautomatiseerd. Onze vragen werden daar niet beantwoord. Via de telefoon goed contact gekregen gelukkig, en keurig en vriendelijk geholpen. Het appartement is erg gehorig.

The apartment is gorgeous, spacious and warm

We struggled to work out which apartment it was when checking in (#2) as instructions weren't clear. The communication while there via Booking.com felt a bit automated, with a couple of messages obviously sent in error.

"Cold and uncomfortable"

The property was clean and the photographs on the website accurate. It was spacious and well appointed

The heat g did not work and the property was cold. My 89 year old mother was uncomfortably cold and we all needed to wrap up in fleece blankets just to sit in the lounge. The radiators in the bedroom and bathroom did not work. The main bedroom and lounge/kitchen area was supposed to be under floor heating but this was not working. All in all it was a very uncomfortable stay and we will not return. There is a permanent damp smell bout the place. When we tried to contact 5he owner we found out they were based in the Phillipines and the time delay made communication almost impossible. The phone number detailed on the website did not ring out and email was difficult. The maintenance engineer attended using day 2 and clearly could not resolve the problem.
