The damage deposit will not be refunded if guest smoke inside the property. No Shoes in the house Pets are strictly not allowed All items in the house are not allowed to be removed No stickers or decorating the wall : (RM300 penalty) Clean up the dishes after use: (RM100 Charge for unwashed dishes) Loss of door keys or access cards are subjected to a penalty of RM 150 per piece No Smoking! (RM300 penalty if found smoking in the house) Electric bill is capped at RM250 per month (i.e, rm9 per day). Any usage above RM250 per month will be charged to the guestThis property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance.
