CAExcellent location with close by Transit Links a 5 minute walk away. Quiet building with apt located on top floor that's been outfitted with an excellent kitchen, bathroom and bed area.
Elevator was out of service for around 18hrs but a resident told me of another lift in the building that was most helpful and of course no fault of my host Peter. Other then that - everything was excellent

GRThe apartment was charming and the furniture comfortable. I appreciated that there were some things like salt, sugar, oil and shampoo in the apartment.
Unfortunately the host's English wasn't great and sometimes he would send me automated answers. The worst thing however was that a lot of surfaces were covered in something (usually dust) that could've easily been wiped off with a napkin and when I opened the cabinet with the microwave a bug fell from it

MDITThe apartment is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The building itself is very beautiful and well maintained, located in an extremely quiet and peaceful area. A special mention goes to its excellent location: the Lukács Thermal Baths are just a short walk away, making it a perfect choice for anyone looking to relax and enjoy the neighborhood. Overall, a great place to stay.
One small suggestion would be to add an outdoor locker or shoe cabinet, which would be very practical on snowy or rainy days, to avoid bringing dirt into the entrance
