Really quiet, nice apartment. You have everything what you need inside. Good wi fi, air-conditioned. It's not far away from the train station and you can reach Milan easily in half an hour.

We were looking for an affordable place to stay near Milan and we were not disappointed! Locate di Triulzi is a lovely little town. The apartment is right in the center, just a minute's walk from the main square. The square itself has several cafes, restaurants, and even hosts gatherings and concerts. We especially recommend the restaurant San Vittore - great service, delicious and inexpensive dishes, and excellent pizza. Shops are also nearby, and the train station is less than a 10-minute walk away. From there, you can easily travel to Milan and many other cities like Verona, Venice, Lake Como, Lake Garda, Genoa, Turin, and so on. Also within walking distance there is a huge outlet shopping center, which belongs to Milan - a great place for shopping, if you are interested. The apartment has its own separate entrance and there is secure, gated parking right outside. The apartment itself is not large or luxurious, but everything is done with love, it’s beautiful and comfortable. There is everything you need: a washing machine, microwave, coffee machine, AC in every room, fully equipped kitchen - everything for a comfortable stay. Check-in is self-service so you don't have to wait for the hosts. The host herself is very friendly, always in contact and will answer any questions if needed. Before arrival, we received detailed instructions even with the video - where to get the keys, where to park the car, where to take the garbage, and so on. WiFi was working very good. We really fell in love with this small town and apartment, we recommend it to everyone!

While the apartment's central location is a plus, guests should be aware that traffic noise from cars passing by the bedroom window, can be heard in the mornings, starting at 6-7 am.

I like the approach of the owner and easiness in communication (lady speaks english). Flat was clean and very well preapred. It contains everything you cen expect and have parking place that is invaluable in this area.

The kitchen is maybe not the smallest but it is pretty dark. Hence you can't think of that flat as something you can enjoy to stay inside. But area and plenty of opportunities around are offering way better solutions. Anyway - it is worth the money (it was significantly cheaper than competitors) I paid and I can recommend it for work as well as for tourists - optimally for two persons.

Our host was incredibly kind and helpful. The apartment itself was beautiful and clean, equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The private parking in the courtyard was essential for us, as we were traveling by car. The location in the center of Locate was convenient. Locate is only 19 km away from Milan and is very well connected by trains.

Price is adequate to quality. Clean. Warm. Had all necessary equipment on kitchen. Apartment is situated not far from outlet.

Nice little flat, very convenient location in a small village. Yet close to the motorway city. Safe parking in the courtyard. Comfy beds. Small but everything you need for one night and a breakfast. Easy communication with the host via WhatsApp. The neighbourhood felt safe.

Probably a bit too small and the kitchen is not well equipped enough to spend a longer time, but very good for a short stay.

We had a very pleasant stay. The apartment was very cozy and clean. It has everything that you need in a house. It also has a private parking space for your car. The host is also very friendly and helpful with everything you need. The location is perfect if you want to do some shopping in Scala outlet Milano. 😊
