Immaculate 3 Bed Apartment with Private Entrance in Inverleith

Lovely space, very well thought through, all three bedrooms are well proportioned and well balanced. Lounge is a dream, loads of space with four zones. Even the entrance yard worked well as there is no overlooking, so feels comfortable. Quiet location despite being on the main bus routes, well connected to centre and to other districts by the means of parks or green walkways.

Superb apartment- very luxurious and comfortable. Perfect for a family stay. The apartment had everything we needed and was perfect for small children too as was on the ground floor. Everything was exceptionally clean and modern. A very grand stay for us and we were really pleased. The apartment is right on the bus routes which we relied on- no waiting and very reasonable. Edinburgh was extremely quick and easy to get around by bus. Everyone was really friendly and helpful and we managed to find supermarkets, restaurants and takeaways easily and they were all superb. The owners were extremely helpful from start to finish- I would highly recommend the apartment for a perfect stay. I can’t recommend this highly enough- would definitely book to stay again.

Beds were comfortable, pool table was nice

For the price paid, quite unbelievable that they couldn’t even provide a bottle of soap/shampoo for guests and we had to purchase it separately. Toilet floor and shower area very slippery because of the tiles chosen, so be aware when you book. Some bath towels were abit old as it has thinned out. Entrance to apartment should be better cleaned. Washing machine is not very usable as it’s located outside of the house, in a boiler room that’s not clean. Washing machine seemed dirty

Great place to stay in Edinburgh. Easy to access by bus, car or taxi, simple key collection, gorgeous apartment with everything you need and more, plus grateful hosts. What more could you ask for?

Fantastic apartment. Very easy to find and access. Beautifully decorated and well presented. Great location walking distance to a number of lovely pubs / cafes and only 30 mins walk to city centre. We really loved our stay. Bunk beds are even adult compatible! Very large and spacious.
