When booking, please provide Thornbank House with your approximate arrival time, and your mobile telephone number (if available). Guests can enjoy use of the spa and fitness facilities at the Choices Health Club, which is 2 miles from the property. There are complimentary passes for the swimming pool, sauna, steam room, jacuzzi, solarium and gym. Thornbank will keep your card details in case of any damage or policy breaches. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize the guarantee card up to the full amount of the booking. The total room occupancy includes all children and infants. Room occupancy cannot be exceeded. The free gym and spa is subject to availability, located 10 minutes drive from the property.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. I can’t praise this place and the lovely couple who run it enough. Jane and Mark were super friendly and had all the information about the local area we wanted. The Location is also ideal for either going to the Lake or going into town. Me and my 13 year old had a great stay.

One of the major bonuses was the free access to Choices health. As a parent traveling with a child, it added an option of a swimming pool to add to our activity list, and for no extra cost. Mark and Jane were very friendly, without being overbearing :) The location was great to, and I couldn't fault the accomodation
