Die Lage war für uns perfekt. Wir waren als Familie unterwegs und wollten kurze Wege zum Strand um dann auch schnell wieder in der Unterkunft zu sein, sollte der Mittagsschlaf der Kinder im Urlaub doch eingefordert werden. :)

Das App. war sauber und ordentlich. Einzig das Backrohr in der Küche war nicht wirklich sauber.

Good location close to the beach, quiet neighborhood and easy parking

Unfortunately, we were not satisfied with our stay. Upon arrival, we were immediately met with a musty smell in the apartment. The air conditioning did not work at all. It was a big problem considering the hot weather even at night. The apartment was not cleaned well. The biggest problem was the bathroom. The shower was neglected and had visible mold, which clearly indicates a lack of proper cleaning and maintenance. This was very disappointing. I would not recommend this place until there is a significant improvement in cleanliness and guest care (maintenance - repair AC)

Loved the location, it is a very quiet neighborhood and it is super close to the beach (4 minute walk) and not far from the center (10 minute walk). The apartment size is good and the parking space next to the house is great.

The two seperate bed‘s in the second room are to small for adults, would work better for kids. Some towel hooks in the bathroom and maybe an additonal drying rack would help dry all the towels. Communication with the owners over booking was a real pain, worked better once I got the information to contact the directly via mail/phone.

Roomy apartment with parking space outside, air conditioning and fully equipped kitchen. Very close to the center, and especially to Piper Beach, where two beds + umbrella costs 28 EUR / day, meanwhile our host has there his own set, so we could use it for far more less. Piper beach = best food, drinks and funny staff = recommended ! Our host Paolo was very helpful and communication was perfect.Paolo let us use apartment longer after checkout, so 9 points!

They are only air conditioning in the hallway not in the kitchen or the bedrooms .
