Nothing, I was refused to enter the property. despite the intervention and help from booking. com we were told that were not given the enter codes. They requested an impossible to go trough pre-check? done by the untrusted web page and asking for sensitive personal information, passport and credit card scans. It seems that it was a fraud, the host took the money, confirmed the reservation and refuse the access. Booking.com and I were not provided with the requirements. had i known i would not have booked the property. I warn everybody to use this property and think booking com should not cooperate with them

I did not like at all that I could not enter the booked and fully paid property. I was refused the entry codes, requested sensitive personal information on line as an unusual pre-check procedure which was impossible to comply with. I was treated rudely by the representative of the host company. No attempt to help, no understanding, ,no money return just one repeatedly sent message that they have their procedure and without it they will not let us in. That procedure was not provided to booking.com and I was not aware until the last moment when obviously any cancelation was not possible. I was forced to book another property in Anchorage at the short notice, had a stressful vacation and I believe my money was stolen. It was a fraud and I am considering a legal action. For may years and many transactions so far such a treatment has never happened. Fortunately the property which was accidentally booked was normal, sent the entry code as usual and everything worked out.

There was no coffee , sugar and salt, milk/creamer sachets that can be made cheaply and easily available to make coffee/ tea. These are fairly standard in most of the places.
