Facilities were exactly same as photos and descriptions We were kept informed of possible noise disruptions during the day ( there were none) Staff were always clean, well presented and very courteous Location was great We had a minor plumbing issue from adjoining property the problem was addressed and rectified same day. Amazing service. Definitely recommend this place.

Everything was great, location seemed good. Pool really nice and clean. Room comfortable and clean! Will come back when next in Bali

Just wish we had water when we arrived- but supermarket next door so was easy to grab.

Staff Ken and Rio were so friendly. Staff were always on their toes ensuring my stay is good. Easy communication with them through whatsapp and my queries are addressed almost instantly!!! I am so amazed. Definitely book here again if im staying around the area. Great price with excellent service, especially from Ken (carried my heavy bag)
