Totally self contained. Great value. Exceptional and clean.

Location was about 15 minutes from the hub. Old Indy area. But clean and very safe.

Could’ve used extra blankets but we had a good night’s rest.

It was quiet and we did not have to climb any stairs.

It was cramped, hard to find - no visible sign-, bathroom is very small. We didn't see any toiletry.

The appartment is very well furnished, comfy, clean, location was not far from city center but really chill. Everything was great. Maria is the most amazing host you could ever dream of, she is so caring, available if you need anything or any tips! She made my stay unforgivable!!

This place welcomes you to relax in the tranquility of its lush greenery and panoramic view of the PORT OF MASBATE. ✅Cleanliness (from toilet,beddings, kitchenette,garden, the whole place)! ✅Safety & Privacy (Im with my Single Old (79years)Aunty. I wanted to make sure that our stay fits on her needs. ( This place is perfect and Assurance that seniors, children and your family is safe). ✅Comfort and convenience They provide single rooms, double rooms, and family rooms for your comfort and convenience. You can rent a villa, which can accommodate up to 6 people or more depending on the size.Huge Television, very cold aircon.Kitchenette is included( mini fridge,microwave oven, cooking stove, kitchen utensils,etc) they truly provide a one-of-a-kind experience. MOST of All, ✅The OWNER is super nice, very accommodating family

Nothing here that i don't like,everything is perfect especially with seniors.My Aunty (79years single old lady), and she is really comfortable on our stay,full sleep and woke in good mood!

The place was as nice as it was advertised. Number one key is cleanliness. Also the room is complete with amenities that you would look for in a transient trip so the price was well worth it. Privacy is sufficient but not too secluded an area. There was a view of the sea as well. Very comfortable stay. I would highly recommend this place to tourists, because the host is very accommodating and answers inquiries or requests in time. Kudos!
