It was a feeling of comfort and security with a helpful landlady.

There was nothing that i didnt like about my stay .

Spacious, comfortable and clean caravan. Felt like a home from home and the perfect base for some beautiful coastal walks. Our host was so attentive to all our needs and very easy to communicate with. Thank you!

We had a lovely stay at Thornwick Bay in Jans caravan 18 Gannet Grove . Jan was very helpful and made the arrival and stay stress free. We were in the area as we wanted to visit Bempton Cliffs , this was an ideal place to stay. Bempton is 10 minutes away by car . Thornwick bay is lovely and has two beach’s within a short walk also a couple of pubs. The beaches are lovely you may need to have good knees to get down to the beach but the views from the top mean you don’t have too you might even catch sight of some Dolphins. We were also ideally situated for Flamborough Head where we saw seals and a puffin who posed nicely. Lovely place for a mooch and there is a cafe and toilets. We also visited Bridlington, Robin Hoods Bay and Whitby. The park itself is nice though lots of green space and areas for children to play , people to walk their dogs. There’s a nature reserve with a hide and also a lovely looking fishing pool. We saw deer running around and I think I saw a hare. We popped The Lighthouse bar on the first evening and ate there all was well. Friendly staff. There is security on arrival so it’s a safe place to be. The caravan had all we needed , it was clean and the bed was comfy. Quite a spacious sitting area and we were snug in there after a wet afternoon in Whitby. We would recommend to anyone wanting to visit Bempton etc. great price for your little home for a few days as you have a cooker , microwave , fridge etc. Thank you Jan
