The staff was very friendly and very helpful also help us with checking in and getting into the car park when I didn’t know how to work the heating they answer and helped straight away

The host had excellent communication and was extremely helpful and accommodated our special request for early check-in. They even offered extended parking at no additional cost which was a kind gesture overall. The location was indeed excellent and was perfect for accessing Manchester city centre

The photo's used for the advertisement are not representative of the actual property offered. I understand they may be dated but I based the booking on this factor and the décor, layout, furnishings were entirely different to the advertisement. The small dining table really needs to be replaced, it almost fell apart whilst moving it out of the way of the freezer (Odd placement) We ultimately didn't stay and found alternative accommodation elsewhere.

A great place to stay for a short trip for our family of 5

The location was great, very central, grocery shop next door, lovely area. The person who let us in was very helpful. Nice to have free parking in this area.

It was labelled and priced as a 3 bedroom flat, it isn’t. It’s a 2 bedroom flat with beds in the living room. It’s quite shabby, panels come off in your hand, a lump of wood glued on as a breakfast bar, hardly any crockery, internal doors get stuck closed. Quite dirty . We had to wait till 6pm to be let in, so a lot of hanging around. It’s unusual to be this late for a rental.
