It felt home and cozy ❤️ Loved the space and welcome. Well situated for a peaceful get away.

I like the situation, I love Poste Lafayette. I loved the spacious rooms and furniture was of quality. I definetely loved the pool. It had a very interesting length and depth, so it was great for swimming. Communication with Nathanielle was easy and she responded very well when we had a little issue. Even if we had some bad points, I think with a little effort, It definetely can become the place where we will want to come back

There is a lack of riguor in the cleaning. when we arrived there were hair everywhere (which were not ours). The sheets had spots. Which defintely came the washing machine (they need it to have it serviced urgently). Even though Nathanielle sent us a team within 2 hours of our complaint. It just means that the quality control check is not made rigourously. We also found rat droppings in the drawer where they keep the family games. I hope they desinfect this ASAP. we also found that for a self catering unit, there were a serious lack of cooking utensils. for an appartment of 3 bedrooms you can guess that the cooking will be at least for 4 pax. There were no proper mixing bowls, or salad bowls. A complete lack of storage containers. The welcome pack was also very poor. I mean, apart from customer satisfaction, you cannot loose if you put enough sugar, oil, vinegar etc like enough for a couple of days. It could also be useful if there were more tea towels. A jug could also be handy if we want to do drinks for the whole family. I mean, self-catering should really be catering for these small things ;)

Appartement très spacieux et très bien équipé. La piscine est très grande. La plage est sympa (mais il y en a d'autres vers belle Mare) et l'eau est très chaude. Les clim dans les 3 chambres fonctionnent très bien. Bref, très bon séjour de 3 jours dans une partie de Maurice très jolie et plus sauvage que vers gran baie.

Appartement spacieux, moderne, bien équipé, accueil et disponibilité de l’équipe super, de la dame de la sécurité aux femmes de ménage en passant par Nathanielle et Avissen, nous nous sommes sentis très bien accueillis !

Un peu bruyant la nuit en week-end à cause de la proximité avec la plage publique

Nous avons aimé L'emplacement de la résidence idéalement située en front de mer (d'océan 🦞). Le fait que la résidence soit surveillée avec accès sécurisée H24 par. La piscine et l'accès directement à la plage. Le service d'entretien des appartements par une équipe discrète et très aimable. L'accueil du service de conciergerie sous la responsabilité de Nathanielle nous a offert la sérénité dont nous avions besoin, ainsi que la fluidité des instructions pour l'accès à la résidence pour le check-in et pour le check out. Côté appartement : nous avons été agréablement surpris par ses dimensions, sa déco de non goût, les literies, les équipements. Le petit panier d'accueil et le calme sont également un point fort.

We loved this place! So comfortable, with big rooms and access to terrace. Lovely big pool and beach just outside the complex.

Absolutely nothing to complain about, loved everything!
