Le gardien était présent pour nous indiquer le chemin vers l’appartement et les clés étaient dans la boîte digicode. L’appartement est très spacieux et très propre. Des balcons aménagés dans chaque pièce avec des vues superbes (plage ou piscine) Le service est digne d’un 5*. Le ménage est fait quotidiennement et la femme de ménage est adorable.l’accueil dans l’appart que nous a réservé la proprio est très sympa. Elle est d’ailleurs disponible si besoin. Nous avons passé un super séjour.

Good looks but deceiving as we had to leave in the middle of the night on the second day due to a sudden malfunction of the hot water system which flooded the ensuite at an uncontrollable rate with boiling water and what’s worse is that no timely help/guidance was provided despite several calls for help! We were left on our own for hours, doing what we can to prevent flooding that could have caused injury (burns/electrocution) to my folks. The contact person was unreachable throughout. The security guy hesitantly came upon request as we were struggling but could not help as all the water stoppers were jammed! At last, when we had already evacuated the place, the director finally arrived and suggested another flat - which we obviously had to decline after the traumatic experience endured!

-Unreachable contact person upon an emergency -Lack of accountability and responsibility from the provider - Unavailability of timely help or guidance on what to do -Poorly maintained water system inside the apart and a lack of a central tap that could have been used in a situation such as this to stop the water flow -This place is a real hazard - My only weekend in Mauritius was destroyed and yet no proper compensation agreed on - the least would be a full refund and to get the whole residence checked before renting again - Even after this happened, I had to chase to find out what compensation they would agree on - I hope booking.com does their due diligence in terms of allowing such places to be allowed on the platform

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful apartment in Post Lafayette, Mauritius. From start to finish, the experience was seamless and enjoyable. The booking process was effortless, thanks to the exceptional agent, Nathanielle. She was incredibly helpful and proactive, making the entire reservation process smooth and stress-free. Her communication was outstanding—I would often receive updates or answers to questions before even asking. She truly went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect, which added so much to the overall experience. We arrived a bit late, but everything was perfectly arranged. As promised, the security team was expecting us, and retrieving the keys from the secure lockbox (combination provided beforehand) was straightforward. The apartment itself exceeded all expectations—it’s even more beautiful than the photos! Upon arrival, we were greeted with a thoughtful welcome basket filled with goodies like bread, honey, tea, coffee sachets, biscuits, and milk. Such a lovely touch! The apartment is spacious, clean, and well-equipped with essential amenities like air conditioning (a must in Mauritius!). Each bedroom, as well as the living area, has its own balcony with comfortable seating, and the view of the ocean from the living room balcony is simply breathtaking. The direct beach access was another highlight that made our stay extra special. Daily housekeeping service added to the convenience, and the availability of dishwasher and washing machine pods was a thoughtful detail. The security personnel were also very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. For transportation, we highly recommend using the Yugo app for taxis—it’s reliable and efficient. Nearby restaurants offer delivery, and all the essential information about the apartment, local services, and dining options is conveniently compiled in a booklet on the dining table. This apartment truly provided a perfect getaway, and we can’t recommend it enough.
