Had everything we needed! We had beautiful weather and was lovely to sit out on the decking area! Have already recommended to family and friends.

I liked the location as we needed that area specifically and it was perfectly situated.

Straight away I wasn’t impressed with the cleanliness of the property. It had sticky floors in the kitchen and was definitely showing signs of ware and tear everywhere. Soon as you entered the hall mats were all torn a bit of an eyesore, the carpets everywhere could do with a deep clean, remnants of old food on the bin, bedding was all bobbly and tired, the bed also had a topper on it that didn’t fit it which made it uncomfortable, it just missed the marks on some of those simple things, thus giving it a rather grim vibe. It was fairly pricey for the area per night too so I was a little disappointed and had expected a bit more. The batteries in the fire alarm were running out so was beeping constantly and the batteries in the TV remote didn’t work at all meaning we had to go on the hunt within the caravan for more. A small welcome note regarding WiFi etc, some basic details, maybe even a park map would have been nice it was all ‘okay’ but could have been better, I wasn’t expecting 5* by any means but it just felt a little run down in my opinion and let itself down unfortunately.

The holiday home was very comfortable and clean. There were lots of board games. The holiday park itself was in a great location for us and had some lovely amenities. We enjoyed a slap up Parkdean breakfast at the Boathouse.
