"Comfortable and enjoyable stay"

The location was perfect for me close to Oakland, Shadyside and Bloomfield. A shared bathroom on each floor. The temperature of the room was able to be controlled by me window AC or heat was great! King size bed comfy and great!

Laundry was in basement but that was minor.

Quiet and clean. No issues at all sharing the bathroom.

Just a suggestion. A mirror on the desk in the room to do makeup and get dressed. This way I dont need to utilize the bathroom.

Overall good distance from the city. Simple accommodations suited my needs. AC worked and everything was well stocked.

The shoe policy. If you want shoeless floors, either clean the floors better or offer throwaway house shoes/flip flops for the stay.
