location is great, staied for 2 weeks, and as a female alone i felt super safe even at nigh (up to 1 AM). It has 2 supermarkets within 5 min walk, and two small oxxo running all day also within a 10 min walk. Metro is within a 5 min walk from the apartment. place is quiet, neighbours were normal, nothing weird to point out.

the apartment was a bit dirty. there were beer bottles from previous guests, the bedsheets looked to have been used before (few hairs on them) and the windowsill was not very clean, it seemed like a "clean what you can see" kind of thing, but otherwise nice. had only 1 roll of toilet paper (my stay was 2 weeks) and no washing supplies except the dish and hand soap. No broom or mop either, which makes it harder for you to just clean up the apartment a bit.

Close to the center, a private little studio with a kitchen.

I really enjoy the friendly staff. They genuinely want to make you happy. The location is very nice with many places to eat. It's very safe as well. There's a police station and a hospital close by.
