Cozy Condo with Private Beach Access and Balcony Overlooking the Heated Pool

The location was good.

Keep in mind there's a ring security camera on the property, which was undisclosed to us. Booking.com clearly states cameras HAVE to be disclosed. It is also ILLEGAL in the state of Florida to not have full party consent. We are a consent state, and I would never give my consent for my privacy to be invaded. Maybe the host has changed this, but I have all the screenshots and photos in the event this happens. So, this host illegally invaded our privacy, and when I tried to reach them, they just ignored me as well as booking.com agents. The promised heated pool was not heated and ice cold. For those of you with kids, they will be very disappointed. The wifi was unusable and unresponsive. My wife is a University of Florida online student and could NOT do her exams. We had to find a Publix and park near the door to have wifi access for her to do her exam. An absolute disgrace in 2024. For fellow students, keep this in mind. it's a huge deal breaker. We literally left our home and drove 7 hours to escape Hurricane Milton, and this is what we had to deal with. There were also multiple lightbulbs not working along with literal dust hair and filth under the nightstands, gross. I advise you to find a different place to stay. What's most unprofessional is the host not caring whatsoever. They broke the law and now want to hide from it. Booking.com has their security team on it now and told me privacy is a HUGE priority to them and they were very unhappy to hear this.

the location is great. place was beautiful. Will definitely go there again. only thing was.poil was nott heated so went to the beach ans it was nice
