The lobby has free WIFI which helped me when I had trouble for my phone data ran out.

The WIFI did not work and I just arrived so I had a bit trouble to make calls or browse internet.

"I expected something a little better"

Location inside of a mall.

All the facilities were very mismatched. They are there but serve no purpose. Sink was not working till the repairman came hours later. The room was hot in the afternoon despite having an AC. No kitchen. The drain was not working properly inside the bathroom.

Chambre superbe, cosy et confortable, on s’est senti comme à la maison. Un vrai petit cocon où il fait bon se reposer après une journée d’activités!

The host is awesome! She literally made everything very easy . The room is very comfy and super clean . Down there is the mall . Just if you’re passing by to Surabaya I would recommend it as a base .
