It was very clean and nice and the staff were very kind and helpful

The shower door could not close properly, which meant we couldn’t shower for long without having to turn the tap off every now and then, otherwise the water would spill out and make a mess across the entire bathroom floor.

The Location was good along with the views

I would like to formally raise a concern regarding the conduct of the reception security staff, particularly the female officer on duty at the time of our visit. Upon arrival, the level of professionalism was immediately concerning. There was no greeting, no sense of courtesy, and we were initially ignored despite standing directly at the reception area awaiting assistance. When we were eventually attended to, the interaction lacked basic warmth and professionalism expected in a front-facing role. More concerning, while assisting us, the officer stopped mid-process to assist another individual who had arrived after us. This individual appeared to be of the same race as the officer, which made the situation deeply uncomfortable and gave the impression of preferential treatment. We were left standing there shocked by what had just occurred. Security footage can confirm the sequence of events. When I respectfully asked her to complete assisting us before moving on to someone else, her response was dismissive. She stated, “Oh sorry, I’m done with you’ll, you can go now,” despite not properly concluding the process in a professional manner. This experience was disappointing and unacceptable. Reception security personnel represent the first point of contact and set the tone for the establishment. Professionalism, impartiality, and respectful treatment of all individuals should be non-negotiable standards. I trust this matter will be taken seriously and reviewed appropriately.
