The location

There was no hot water available, only cold water. Food delivery was not possible, requiring me to go downstairs to retrieve it. Upon booking through Booking.com, it appeared the property did not own the listed amenities, which necessitated further verification. Check-in was scheduled after 3 o'clock, a detail I was not informed of beforehand. Additionally, neither the Wi-Fi nor DStv services were operational. The host's demeanor suggested I was an inconvenience rather than a guest seeking assistance.
