Nanda Mohan Homestay- Luxuries AC Apartment close to Alipiri Foothills-Kapila Teertham and ISKCON temple

Nothing. I booked a 2 bhk thru the app. As per the site, prepayment was not required, but the owner insisted for an advance, which i paid. App said there is free parking, but in real, there is no parking, leave the vehicle in the side of a congested road. On arrival, owner smiled and said that the booked apt was not available since its not vacated by the previous guest. She took me to some other sub standard lodge like room and asked to stay there, which i refused. Most pathetic is that she even dnt know wat is 2 or 3bhk apt, or a studio apt. Eventually, i had to arrange another property which costed me more money and precious time to reach Tirumala and eventually I missed the Seva which I had booked. The funny thing is that owner lady dnt know the abcd of hospitality.

This is the whatsapp msg from the owner Please understand stand, We did I refuse the accommodation for you, the guest didn’t vacate the accommodation which you booked and they went templeWe tried many times to contact them, but unfortunately not reached them. tried calling customer care of booking.com but got no response.

The cleanliness was horrible 😢

Good location

Though my stay was short, need improved service from the staffs working.

Close to the main road and the staff was courteous. If fully cleaned, it's a good value property. Water was available at reception at MRP and basic drink/food items available to order.

After making a reservation at 8pm, was asked to arrive later by an hour as it was just being cleaned! Even after this, the sheets weren't changed, the kitchen wasn't fully clean, bathroom drains were not cleaned. Unfortunately, not acceptable standards for cleanliness.
