The nice vibe of an older house like this one, (1920s?) and the great ALBANY NEIGHBORHOOD (with close proximity to good Solano Ave. restaurants) are big pluses. The kitchen is very spacious, big table and nice windows/cupboards.

The things that could be improved are directions for using the digital heating system control panel (future guests should request a detailed manual from owner), the washer machine (set it to "COLD water" to make sensor work), and the shower--just make sure or pull out hard on the plastic hot/cold handle!). And the porch is in some disrepair, so be careful when climbing stairs.
