The location is excellent—right on the edge of the city centre, within walking distance of all major attractions and landmarks. There’s a large car park just a 3-minute walk away, with very reasonable rates (around €13 per day). If you’re driving around Sicily, this is a real advantage, as Palermo was by far the most challenging place I encountered for parking. Despite being on the ground floor, it was wonderfully quiet at night. The flat has everything you could possibly need, and rather than feeling like a typical rental, it has the warmth and comfort of staying at a friend’s home. Everything feels new or barely used, and the décor adds a lovely touch. The air conditioning was the best we experienced during our entire trip—an absolute blessing if you’re visiting in the summer.

Apartment was so clean and so calmingly decorated. The best place after all day walks to rest. All popular attractions are 20-30min away.

Nothing to say... Great place

Hosts were gentle and it was clean and near the center of Palermo. Beds were comfortable. There was water in the fridge waiting for us.

There was no window at all (except for a small in the bathroom). The bedroom was very small (no space at all on the left and right side of the bed). Actually when opening the door you were in the street. Fridge was also a little small.

Superb property in the heart of Palermo, fully renovated, spotless, incredibly quiet and with all comforts. Staff (to which I am very grateful) incredibly kind, approachable and proactive. Outstanding value for money, for sure, we’ll book it again

The location is great. The apartment is new and very well-equipped.

We had some issues with the door code but the host was responsive and it was sorted out in around 20 minutes. I didn't like the fact that you enter the apartment straight from the street, don't feel very safe. Also there is no windows in the apartment, so no daylight.
