I had a lot of confusion before I got to the property in billericay!!! Which was because of an email I received for the owners of the property I was staying at for 2 nights I tried emailing them with no reply, I tried calling them with the number offered to me in the generic number given ( no answer no response ) no Internet and parking as promised in the description, no tv because of Internet issues, no toilet paper left and the worst thing was the number for the key safe given to me didn't work!!!!!! I of course tried to call the property with no response and unbelievably booking.com also didn't get back after I emailed them 3 times again without response I tried to find a phone for booking but that's doesn't exist!!! I have been back now for 1 day and I still haven't still received any communication from the property or booking.com as far as they both know I wasn't able to fain entry into the property and had to find another hotel / property to stay in for my 2 nights away Beyond angry and frustrated and will never use this service again!!!!!!

Extremely Disappointing and Unethical Experience – Be Warned! We initially booked this property for 3 nights and later requested to extend the stay to 4 nights. The owner declined the change request, only to cancel our booking shortly before the stay and ask us to rebook for the longer duration. We rebooked and paid again, not realising that our original payment had already been taken. After our stay, we discovered that we had been charged twice – a total of £818 instead of £409. We immediately contacted the owner through email, phone, and Booking.com messages, but received no response whatsoever. When we escalated the issue to Booking.com and PayPal, we were told that it was up to the property owner to issue a refund, since the booking had been marked as non-refundable. Despite the clear duplicate payment and our good faith efforts, the owner refused to refund us, keeping the full amount. This is deeply disappointing and reflects extremely poorly on the ethics and integrity of the host. Most people cannot afford to lose that kind of money, and it’s appalling to be taken advantage of in this way. Avoid this property at all costs. If anything goes wrong, don’t expect honesty, help, or even basic communication. We feel completely scammed and would strongly urge others to look elsewhere for accommodation.

Booked this hotel for new years host turnt his phone of and never provided the code for key so ended up paying for apartment and never got inside, awful experience

Was perfect location, lovely spacious house.. extremely comfy beds

Location is convenient. Rooms are a good size.

Beds were not made. Sheets and towels were still damp and drying on sofas. Furnishings are minimal and tired No wardrobes and not even hooks to hang clothes in the larger bedroom. Stairs are unsuitable for kids or the infirm. No bannister or handrail. Bathroom is unattractive. Mold in shower cabinet and shower fittings are rusty / corroded. Garden is untended. Just a mass of weeds and tall wild grass. Bottom line: not cosy or beautiful.

Location was great to attend a party in the high street. Bed was comfortable.
