I have been in this hotel for 3 times, I like the location because not to crowded and near to everything you need. Parking is safe as usual because there's a guard on duty during night.
I have been complaining about the restroom, smelly and the water in the shower is not pressurized so the flow is too weak. They should be changing towels and cleaning the room everyday.

Room was clean, cold a/c...staff was polite...mini grocery price was not pricey and convenient for guests...ASH resto serving size for sharing and reasonably priced...parking was ok.
1..Bathroom needs more attention to cleaning, buffing, and removing concrete/plaster filling splatter. 2. Family room was a little small tho' 3. Parking available if guests were only few
