1. There was a leak in the exhaust that falls to the toilet bowl. A staff checked it but not repaired. Still leaking on my check out day. I reminded the staff in the counter before I left. 2. No housekeeper checking on the room for toilet supplies. I literal asked to replace toilet paper/tissue and towels. However, aside from these two comments, overall stay is 4 stars.Quiet area (although I suggest not to use the ground floor rooms, kind of hearing noise when the guests open/close the glass door and taking. Courteous and responsive staff. Clean room. Safe parking. Available dine in and snack bar. Krinz

Good location, very nice and helpful staff

No elevator and it was not noted in booking.com. Whilst the staff are helpful in carrying the heavy luggages, it was not comfortable to have no elevator as we were in level 3. The shower water is so weak. It requires a lot of time to take a bath as the shower water flow is not strong. There are only 2 hair dryers and we understand that 1 was broken. We need to share the blower - we were contacted one early morning around 6.30am just to borrow and lend it to another room.

Spacious

using stairways no elevator so difficult to bring luggage it might good for 1 or 2 night stays travelers, not good wifi connection especially using tv,the breakfast i ate is good but need more careful about the hair and some small dirt sometimes included in the plates,the oily glass of water.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. we also loved the convenient location close to major attractions.

The place is clean and accessible to any nearest place.

No elevators and the internet connection.
