La climatisation est bonne et les prix est relativement modéré.

Malheureusement, pas de bonne surprise avec cette établissement ! Les photos sont trompeuses et le ménage laisse à désirer. De plus il n’y a aucune précision sur la nature du cartier et son environnement : nuisances sonores toute au long de la nuit. Au niveau du logement lui même : appartement quasi borgne, qui nécessites des désodorisants un peu partout . Le tapis de la salle de bain est noir de crasse, et aussi la présence de cheveux dans les serviettes ainsi que dans les placards. La machine à café ne fonctionne pas.
