JR駅のそばなので，市内観光にも宿に荷物をあずけて倉吉、三朝温泉への日帰りにもとても便利で良かったです。

これまで各地のα１を利用させていただきましたが、朝食が麺が主体だったのが，高齢者にとってきつかったです。

枕や毛布の貸し出し等、親切でした

お風呂の浴槽の清掃が不十分。 ザラザラしていて、清掃されていないと感じた。使用前にソープでこすり洗いしたらザラザラした感じが無くなったので、清掃がされていないのがよく分かった。フロントの対応が良かったので、部屋の細かな箇所が不満でした

The location is excellent and the staff were friendly and helpful.

The room was very very small and felt claustrophobic as it was facing the wall of another structure and AC was central and on heating mode. There was no option of having to change the AC mode and felt very hot and suffocating
