The location was good and the unit was clean

On my departure I forgot inside the apartment a brand new Jacket that cost me € 300 , I talked to the landlord the same day I left the apartment and he said he and the lady (who cleaned the apartment after our departure ) did not find anything, so I told him that I will report this incident to booking.com , he replied you can do this but he is willing to pay the cost of the Jacket . He asked how much is the cost , I replied it is € 300 , he said he will make the transfer to my account and asked me to send my bank account number which I did ( this was on 24.09.2024 ) and he sent me after 5 minutes copy of the transfer . I checked my account several times ( till a few minutes ago ) but no money received, I informed the landlord that I did not receive the money but he did not reply .

Location and size of property could not be better

Quality of furniture, performance of shower and lack of selection of toiletries.
