"The hotel must enhance its facilities to smooth stay in hotel along with connected hospitality."

Over all hospitality from staff members are very good except facilities provided by the hotel.

No break fast was available in the Hotel. Connection to transportation was not available at all. Since it was group booking of Govt. Employees and needed individual bills which were not provided by either from the booking.com of Hotel. In fact, we have to get bills in the name of each guest on individual basis therefore, requested to please let us know, how can we get bills on individual basis.

Lights

Cleaning, bath tub werent clean, pillows bedsheets werent clean . Money, very costly, No cutlery and toiletries were provided. Everything was chargeable.
