Posizione ottima per visitare tutte le attrazioni. Parcheggio a meno di 10 minuti a piedi. Casa accogliente e letto comodissimo. L'host ci ha fatto trovare un cesto di giochi per bambini per la felicità di mia figlia.

The apartment was near the end of a popular and one of the main streets but was very quient. There was a trattoria right around the corner. At first look, it didn't seem like much but when we went for lunch (12:30 not before) it soon filled up with locals and was so delicious we ate there twice. It is a family trattoria, terrific. The rooms in the apartment were gigantic, especially the bedroom with frescos on the ceiling. The host was quickly available via email and responded fully to every question. There are stairs, about 20 steps but not difficult to climb even with my cane. The cleanest building and apartment we have stayed in Italy. Highly recommended.

The only thing is that the bathroom is at one end of the apartment and the bedroom is at the opposite end. No problem if one sleeps through the night. But...if you need the bathroom at night, bring night lights to plug in and remember there is a very small step up to it from the small laundry room.

Bianca e Nina Charming house is wonderfully located near the city centre, but still quiet and calm at night. The house itself is spacious, clean, and bright. The living and kitchen area are nicely separated from the bedroom, meaning you can rest quietly while others get ready or cook breakfast. The kitchen has everything you need to cook a meal at home, and the bathroom was stocked with toilet paper, cotton rounds, soap, shampoo and body wash. The house and linens were exceptionally clean, and extra pillows and blankets were available for colder nights. The hosts are very knowledgeable about Arezzo and the surrounding areas, providing wonderful recommendations for things to do and places to eat. They provided us with maps, brochures, and business cards for places to see and eat at in Arezzo. The hosts are responsive and super helpful if you need help with anything!
