Great location for what we needed. Comfortable and warm.

The fold out sofa bed is awful. Our daughter had to sleep on the couch downstairs. Because it was Christchurch in winter we had the heaters on. The fuse was constantly shorting out. This happened 5-6 times per day. I don’t think you can advertise this house as able to sleep 5 adults when one of those beds is so unusable.

"Comfortable & warm with all cooking equipment needed.Would reccommend"

location was great for us private and secure

needed more linen as were staying for a good length of time.Went to office in Riccarton and met property manager.She waas very helpful. Also think it would have been good to have a clothes dryer as it was winter and had to use clothes horse near heat pump.Had to keep a good distance away but coul d b a potential fire hazard.
